Founded in 2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko gives SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers and fintechs access to institutional-grade cash management, via app or API. We are building the full infrastructure: issuing, operating, and distributing the products ourselves.

Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month.

Job desc

We are looking for a fullstack software engineer to join Spiko’s 8-people tech team.

Typical tasks for a fullstack software engineer in the team involve:

• Building and enhancing our customer-facing application

• Designing, developing and maintaining the APIs allowing third-party sellers to distribute Spiko’s financial products

• Implementing external system integrations (for instance: KYC providers, fund administration service providers, depositary banks, anti-money laundering screenings, etc.)

• Building and maintaining alerting and monitoring systems.

• Infrastructure: Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL

• External services: Ory, Datadog

Who we’re looking for

Requirements:

• You’re a full-stack software engineer with 5+ years of experience, with a strong background in TS frameworks both for frontend and backend

• You are comfortable working in an English speaking environment

• You are a curious person eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

• You have an experience in the capital markets, fintech or Web3 industry

• You have worked on tech projects in highly regulated environments (e.g. fintech, regtech, healthtech, edtech, etc.)

Hiring process

1. Screening Interview - 30 min with Lilian, Talent Acquisition

2. Hiring Manager Interview 30 min with Nicolas, Tech Lead

3. 1h coding interview with an engineer from the team (remote)

4. 2h system design interview with two engineers from the team (in person)

5. Final in-person Interviews with the Founders

6. Reference Check: we'll reach out to your references to gather further insights
