The Role: Paid Acquisition & Conversion Optimization Lead
As our Paid Acquisition & Converstion Optimization lead, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition through the management of digital paid channels and the continuous optimization of conversion rates. Your job will contribute to generate traffic to Spiko’s website and facilitate the conversion of that traffic into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Managing existing digital paid channels and launching new ones: You will have full ownership of our digital paid channels, (including, but not necessarily restricted to, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads), from creative strategy and audience targeting to bid adjustments. We expect you to be autonomous, i.e. capable of managing these platforms, from ad implementation to adjustments and performance measurement, without relying on agencies.
Creating and improving landing pages: You will design and optimize sections and pages of our website (currently built in Webflow), and run A/B tests on wording and UX to maximize performance.
Learning from our users: You will drive a robust conversion rate optimization process, leveraging screen recordings, heatmaps, sales calls, and A/B testing to continuously improve performance.
Creating impactful visuals: In collaboration with our graphic designer, you will source ideas and oversee the creation of assets for our digital ads.
Analyzing performance: You will track the effectiveness of our ads and landing pages. You should be comfortable working with data to help us understand what’s working, what’s not, and why.
Staying actively informed: Whether it’s about creating visuals, bidding strategies, or testing platforms, we expect you to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
Performance marketing experience: You have at least 3 years of successful media buying experience and a strong track record of driving user acquisition and growth through digital paid channels. You have a strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads platforms. You have demonstrated the ability to create digital ads for different markets or regions by adapting and localizing content.
Scale-up experience: You thrive in fast-paced environments and have hands-on experience driving hypergrowth, including expansion into multiple countries.
Autonomy: You are highly autonomous in managing the responsibilities of this role, reporting to the Head of Growth.
Entrepreneurial mindset: You are creative, proactive, and highly ambitious, driven to play a key role in building a global leader in financial services, fully embracing the dedication and challenges this entails.
Language skills: You are excellent in English and French, particularly in writing, with a strong grasp of linguistic nuances.
Education: You hold a degree from a leading business or engineering school.
Nice to have
Experience in B2B or B2C fintech, particularly in treasury or wealth management.
Proficiency in one or more European languages beyond English and French (e.g., Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch).
