Founded in mid-2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko delivers best-in-class cash management products for SMEs, startups, financial advisors and fintechs via an app or API. We’re not a typical broker: we internalize much of the value chain by building the infrastructure that enables us to issue, manage, and distribute these products.
Our ambition is to build Europe’s top cash manager in a market worth trillions of euros.

The role: Content Lead
As our first Content Lead, you will define and execute Spiko’s content strategy across all our communication channels - including client communications, newsletters, social media, blog, press and conferences - with the goal of growing brand awareness and driving user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the content production roadmap and timeline across all communication channels, ensuring timely delivery and high engagement.
Source, onboard, and coordinate external contributors (e.g., subject matter experts, freelancers, PR agencies) based on content production needs.
Take full ownership of Spiko’s SEO and AI/LLM search, from strategy and execution, ensuring we lead the market in content visibility and discoverability.
Build and manage strategic media partnerships to strengthen brand authority.
Launch and grow a proprietary media channel - newsletter, YouTube, or podcast - to amplify Spiko’s voice and thought leadership.
Requirements
Deep interest in financial services and enthusiasm for Spiko’s mission.
Successful experience as ****a content manager in a top-tier startup operating in a highly technical domain that requires simplification and education.
Outstanding communication and editorial skills with native-level fluency in English and French.
Strong autonomy and strategic thinking skills.
Hands-on experience with SEO best practices.
