Our mission
Time is money, and earning interest on cash should be effortless. We make it so, putting an end to the conflict of interest between banks and their clients.
Founded in mid-2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko delivers best-in-class cash management products for SMEs, startups, financial advisors and fintechs via an app or API. We’re not a typical broker: we internalize much of the value chain by building the infrastructure that enables us to issue, manage, and distribute these products.
18 months after launch, we have more than 2,000 B2B customers and over €700M in assets under management, with active commercialisation only in France. Yet the problem we’re solving isn’t French: it’s at least European.
Our ambition is to build Europe’s top cash manager in a market worth trillions of euros.
We are backed by top-tier investors, including Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.

The role: First Sales - NL
As First Sales - The Netherlands you will drive Spiko’s growth in the Netherlands by owning the full sales cycle - from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships - while helping building a sales team from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting & Closing: identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the Dutch market.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Dutch market.
Reporting & Insights: Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
Experience: at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
Network: you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs.
Mindset: extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the Dutch market.
Autonomy: capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management.
Resilience: We recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.
Tech-savvy: experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
Excellent communication: native speaker in Dutch, fluent in English. French is a plus.
