Founded in mid-2023 by Antoine and Paul-Adrien, Spiko delivers best-in-class cash management products for SMEs, startups, financial advisors and fintechs via an app or API. We're not a typical broker: we internalize much of the value chain by building the infrastructure that enables us to issue, manage, and distribute these products.
18 months after launch, we have more than 2,500 B2B customers and over €1200 M in assets under management, with active commercialisation only in France. Yet the problem we're solving isn't French: it's at least European.
Our ambition is to build Europe's top cash manager in a market worth trillions of euros.

The role: Sales - CGP Channel
As our first Sales dedicated to the CGP (Conseiller en Gestion de Patrimoine) channel, you will own Spiko's distribution strategy within the wealth management ecosystem. You will identify, sign, and develop relationships with CGPs and family offices, turning them into active distributors of Spiko's products for their corporate clients.
This is a strategic role: CGPs represent a high-leverage distribution channel, and you will be building it from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting & Closing: identify and sign CGP firms, multi-family offices and networks that can distribute Spiko to their corporate clients.
Partner Development: onboard and activate new partners, support them in pitching Spiko to their clients, and ensure they consistently generate AUM.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the entire sales process independently, from cold outreach to contract signature and partner ramp-up.
Market Expertise: develop a deep understanding of the CGP landscape, its regulatory constraints, and the decision-making dynamics within wealth management firms.
Feedback Loop: gather insights from partners and prospects to inform product decisions and our go-to-market approach for the channel.
Reporting: track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the Head of Sales and founders.
Requirements
Experience: at least 3 years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in asset management, fintech, or financial services.
Network: you have existing relationships within the CGP ecosystem — independent advisors, networks, or multi-family offices.
Market knowledge: you understand how CGPs operate, how they select products for their clients, and what regulatory framework they navigate.
Mindset: extremely ambitious, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building a channel from zero.
Autonomy: capable of running a full sales cycle independently, from cold prospecting to partner management.
Resilience: we recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.
Excellent communication: native French speaker, fluent in English.
Very nice to have
Experience selling to or within a CGP/family office structure.
Prior experience at a tier 1 startup or a fast-growing fintech.
Graduated from a top academic institution.
